The Borcher’s Special is a Michigan import that is a favorite of many. Our friend Bear Andrews tweaked it a bit and brings us his version of this legendary fly. This is his Hi-Vis version of this staple dry fly.
This fly truly gives the Adams a run for it’s money. One of the best attractor/generic mayfly type flies ever developed! We’ve heard Kelly Galloup say that it IS the BEST dry fly of all-time.
