Description
Whiting Farms Super ‘Bou is a premium quality spey chicken saddle used for tying streamers, shrimp, buggers leeches and more. It is basically a hybrid between traditional marabou and chickabou that only Whiting Farms can produce with their quality of birds. This stuff has become wildly popular with streamer and spey tyers.
These marabou-like feathers are “on the patch” and typically measure 2-4 inches in length. The stems are very thin and pliable which makes these perfect for stacking or palmering…which is pretty hard to find these days. All colors are dyed over grizzly except the black and white of course.
Whiting Super ‘Bou patches on average are approximately 6″ X 6″. Colors are grizzly, white, black, grizzly heron, grizzly olive, grizzly shell pink, grizzly orange
