Peacock Eyed tails here for the fly tyer. One of the most traditional and often used materials that can be found.
The eyed tails tend to give you more a variety of stem thickness and stiffness. Also a variety of barbule length for different sized flies. The green/blue/purple hues of the eyed part are also sought out by streamer and traditional steelhead/salmon fly tyers. Approximately 12″ in total length.
