Rainy’s Foam Beetle has quietly become a favorite summer pattern for many of our local trout anglers. This simple but effective pattern has enough weight to “plop” just like a beetle falling in the water. The legs move great and the red foam on top makes it easy to see! Not only is this a deadly trout pattern but also and excellent panfish catcher as well.
Made of closed cell foam with peacock herl body, black rubber legs and a red foam sighter on top. This fly is virutally un-sinkable!
