The Cortland 4′ Streamer Leader is the perfect pairing with sinking lines and sink tips. Probably no better option on the market! They are properly designed and don’t have butt sections designed for 12wt lines like most!!!
These leaders are designed with a short, powerful taper to turn over any size streamer. Extruded from high-tenacity copolymers for an exceptional blend of abrasion resistance and knot strength. A darn near perfect blend of mass and stiffness that kits up very well with sinking and sink tip lines.

.014″ = 20lb (03X)
.013″ = 18lb (02X)
.012″ = 16lb (01X)
.011″ = 14lb (0X)
All have butt sections coming in at .026″ and have a stiffness/mass that kits up well with most 6wt- 8wt sinking lines.
* Please remember- Don’t ever trust a leader where they don’t tell you the diameter of the butt section.
