The Frenchie has to be one of the most talked about nymphing patterns in existence. The Frenchie itself is a variant of the pheasant tail nymph with this specific pattern tied on a jig hook with a dubbing hot spot around the collar. Competition anglers have been fishing this pattern for years and have been doing so with great success!
We love this pattern because it is a twist on a classic pattern that we know works! The jig hook makes it easier to fish without getting hung out.
