The McCrab fly has been a staple and a great selling crab fly for us for many years. Excellent choice for both bonefish and permit and we even have some folks in Florida who use this on redfish.
Really cool pattern. This is a standard where crab flies are needed. One of the neatest ties you will see out of deer hair and a blob of epoxy that causes the fly to look and feel like a crab, as well as fall with the hook up. A top choice for permit.
