Description
The Midnight Express Mouse was a fly specifically developed for night fishing. Thus the lighter colors and the white underbody. It’s a really simple yet highly effective fly though for just about anytime.
We have been using these on our Alaska and Labrador trips and trust us, they work just as well during the day. Also a great bass fly! Excellent profile. Rubber legs help imitate a “flailing” mouse. Foam top adds to the overall profile and keeps this one floating. Squared off head creates that nice wake, especially needed at night.
Midnight Express Mouse in Tan color, item number is 38-0270-02. Hook size is #2. (It does have a hook…even though you can’t see it in the picture).
