We have been selling the Parachute Hoppers for many, many years now and it is really one of our favorites. Brian ran into this fly years ago out in Yellowstone and never fishes Slough Creek in the Park without it! It is also a very effective “searching” terrestrial around here for bass, smallmouth, panfish and of course trout.
A simple, yet effective Grasshopper pattern that features a dubbed body, pheasant tail legs, turkey quill overwing and a white parachute post with hackle of course wrapped around.
