Description
The Tellico Nymph is one that goes back a long ways. It seems to have it’s origins in Tennessee but it’s popularity has certainly spread beyond, and then some.
It is a great attractor nymph that should be in the box of anyone who nymphs for trout. It is especially know in the Smokies and Appalachian Mountains and is a staple, daily fly for them. Also worth noting that we have a ton of folks around here who SWEAR by them for Erie Steelhead. It’s become a bit of a phenomenon around these parts for Chasing Silver.
The Tellico Nymph sold here in a size 12.
