Description
The Redfish Scampi is a “jig” fly that belongs in the box on any angler chasing red drum….anywhere they are found. It is just that important of a fly. We all know how important jigs are for conventional anglers and now we have a fly that does the same.
Of course it looks good, and is sold in the right colors, and gets down quickly right in front of their nose….but it’s the action that makes the fly. The jigging action just drives Redfish crazy. They can’t resist it!!!
Not only great on Redfish but Snook, Trout and even Jacks have fallen prey to this fly. A staple pattern on our Redfish trips.
