SolarEz UV Resins are regarded by many professional fly tyers as the best that money can buy. This here is the Thin formula which has approximately the same viscosity as 30wt motor oil.It is perfect for creating a thin, shellac-like clear coat when you are not looking to build up bulk.
A clear, non-yellowing UV-cure aliphatic urethane designed for thick coatings on virtually any fly tying material. Cure response is in seconds upon irradiation by sunlight or artificial UV light source such as a UV flashlight or torch. The resulting polymer has great hardness, gloss and tack-free finish in under 30 seconds
Application: Wing cases, shell backs, protective coatings, head coatings etc.
Apply all UV curable products in full shade or indoors, flash with UV Flashlight for 30 secs, continue working on fly. To completely cure resin, expose to sunlight or use flashlight for about 3 minutes.
